I have read the information provided by the Toronto Rod & Gun Club Inc. and I fully understand
the rules, regulations, and restrictions involved in the use of the club’s facilities. I agree to the
fees as prescribed and acknowledged that they must be paid in full to secure reservation rental
date. I further agree to hold the club (Toronto Rod & Gun Club Inc.) harmless with regard to any
accident that might occur during the time I am renting the clubhouse. This includes any
accident involving myself or any of the other participants in the above cited function.

GUIDELINES:
1. Club activities and functions will always take priority over rental requests
2. Fees for clubhouse rental are as follows:
a. Clubhouse only $100.00
b. Clubhouse with kitchen $150.00
c. Refundable cleaning deposit $50.00
3. Fees paid in advance to secure rental reservation date
4. Club supplies are not to be used (ex. Napkins, plates, utensils, etc.)
5. Use of the kitchen will require a club member or strict adherence to kitchen use instructions
6. Reservations to be made a month in advance, allows notification in club newsletter of
private event
7. Toronto Rod & Gun Club Inc. is a non-smoking facility, no smoking is permitted inside the
clubhouse or in proximity of the clubhouse
8. After the event, the following must be completed to receive deposit
a. All floors to be swept and mopped
b. Tables and chairs wiped down and returned to original locations
c. All trash inside and outside to be picked up
d. All garbage to be taken to the dumpster and trash bags replaced in cans
e. Thermostat to be returned to original setting
f. Any devices used to be turned off/unplugged
g. All windows to be closed and locked
h. All lights to be shut off
i. All doors to be locked
j. All equipment to be returned to proper location
k. Gate to be closed and locked
l. Completed checklist and pictures to confirm all required responsibilities were
completed
9. All events to end by 11:00 PM unless cleared by club meeting or club officers
10. Rental of clubhouse is restricted to Toronto Rod & Gun Club Inc. clubhouse and immediate
adjacent property only (clubhouse, parking area, mowed area surrounding clubhouse).
11. As per TRGC Inc Club Rules (Article VII) regarding Guests, No use of club pond, shooting
ranges, or hunting are permitted by Guests during the rental. All Rules spelled out in the
TRGC Inc “Constitution and Bylaws” must be adhered to.

12. Cleaning and decorating prior to event to be arranged with building club member
*Any violations of the above guidelines can lead to forfeit of deposit, loss of club membership, or legal
action depending on the severity of the infraction
